P/N: CALC-007The Portasteele ® CALCULATOR provides a quick and easy method for calculating the mass of an agent based on the liquid level of any agent. By simply entering the cylinder dimensions, agent type, temperature, and liquid level, the device instantly calculates the exact mass of the agent inside the cylinder with an accuracy of 1%. All data is pre-loaded on the device, so the operator does not require manual calculation. This can be particularly useful for companies testing a wide range of different cylinders, or when entering into new service contracts.
When used in partnership with Portalevel ® technology, the Portasteele ® CALCULATOR can log and record the results of each cylinder being tested. The device then produces a comprehensive report with all the results with time indication, showing the exact amount of agent in each cylinder, the deviation of the agent weight from the estimated weight of the filler, and highlighting those cylinders that are not filled enough and require attention. This record can then also be provided to the client, giving a key service advantage or providing a simple internal test record.
All cylinders with different agents, manufacturers, or sizes can be loaded into the device, and data for all common fire extinguishing agents can be preloaded.
