8th Generation Portable Ultrasonic Liquid Level Indicator

The Portalevel ® MAX equipment is specially designed for users who need to determine the liquid level in large quantities of cylinders, containers with a particularly large mass of agent, and those that require UL approval.
P/N: 2290334-COMX NSN: 6680-99-275-5292The testing procedure for the 8th generation technology is short and simple, which makes the process of checking the contents of the cylinder incredibly fast. Each cylinder can be checked in less than 30 seconds. The " cal " function automatically adjusts the device for each cylinder at the touch of a button. This significantly reduces the number of user errors, makes the testing process very simple, and requires minimal user training.
Portalevel ® MAX also has 4 different power modes (SPA). The SPA function increases the sensitivity of the device and increases the output signal strength. This allows the device to continue operating on very large tanks containing up to 800 kg of agent or containers with high levels of corrosion and pitting.
The equipment can detect a wide range of liquids, including CO2, FM200 ® , NOVEC ™ 1230, Halon, and all other liquid agents. With an accuracy of + / - 1.5 mm, the Portalevel ® MAX also has a variety of resolutions, including UL Listing and ABS, and is accepted by RINA. It also fully complies with the NFPA standards for use. In a rugged aluminum housing, it is designed to withstand rough handling and heavy use to ensure users have a long-term investment. The expected service life of the device is 10 years with minimal costs for consumables, and with a customer warranty for 3 years.

Notation
1. Dryness sensor Standard sensor for all Portalevel ground installations. The metal applicator is connected to the device via a 1-meter cable and a BNC connector.
2. Portatherm An infrared thermometer is included as standard. This device, designed with portability in mind, is designed to measure the temperature of the cylinders.
3. Main block The main unit is protected in an IP65 enclosure and weighs 500 grams. It has a digital LCD display with a histogram and 4 control buttons.
4. Ultrasonic gel The ultrasonic gel is useful for increasing the surface contact of the sensor. The Portalevel & reg; MAX sensors are also designed to work with water.
*5. Extension rod (optional for the Portalevel & reg; MAX model) The extension rod is optional and is designed for testing CO2 cylinders in a row with a depth of 3-4 rows.
